Adult

Our service is flexible and centred completely on your loved one’s care needs.

Olisa Care and Recruitment provides ongoing domiciliary care and assistance for adults in the comfort of their own home. The service could be from short daily visit to 24-hour live-in support.

Olisa Care and Recruitment care staff will support to make life comfortable, enabling you to live independently as possible at home. We tailor care, support to each individual needs, and assist those that might require extra support.

 

Young Adult

We support vulnerable young people with learning disabilities, autism, and its associated mental health from the age of 13+ in their own home. We provide attentive daily care, encouraging independence and creating routines. Our support workers are professionally trained to provide skilled services enabling and empowering them to achieve in a safe and reassuring environment.

 

People with learning disabilities and autism

Olisa Care and Recruitment has experience of working with people learning disabilities and their families whether in your own home or in supported living accommodation.  We understand and acknowledge individual strengths and abilities and our service is designed to provide support that develops independence and promote daily activities

People with physical disabilities

Olisa Care and Recruitment support people with physical disability, older people and dementia at home, making life comfortable and encouraging independence.

We work to empower people with physical disability to gain their independence and have a quality of life. Our service is unique to suit individual needs to provide support required.

Our experienced, compassionate care staff are trained to support with daily living tasks including shopping, preparing meals and grooming, escort to visit and ensure safety at home and in the community.


Dementia support

We understand that there are many conditions that can affect mental or physical health of older people; dementia can be a challenging condition to live with, and the care and support needed vary each day. We offer home care services to support whether following hospital discharge or assisting with dementia care. Our highly trained care staff work hard to enable our clients with dementia to continue living their chosen lifestyle safely and for as long as possible.


End Of Life

We provide sensitive personalized end of life care, making it possible to pass away peacefully at home, in the familiar surroundings. End of life care makes it possible to spend your precious last days or weeks with your love one at home rather than in a hospice or care home.
